    Public Transportation All North Charleston fixed route bus lines and transit options are accessible. Visit www.ridecarta.com/services/accessibility to find out more about accessible services from CARTA. Parking Public Accessible Parking will be available near the Festival grounds on a first come, first served basis near the corner of Navy Way and Everglades Ave (follow directions towards Riverfront Park, 1061 Everglades Ave North, Charleston, SC 29405). Vehicles must have a valid state-issued placard / license plate in order to park in accessible parking spaces. Pick-Up/Drop-Off Location We offer two Accessible pick-up and drop-off locations: North Hobson Ave @ McMillan Ave Shipbuilding Way @ Noisette Blvd.
  • Is the festival family friendly?
    Yes, Riverfront Revival is family friendly and children of all ages are welcome. Children younger than 10 years old will be allowed in free with a festival pass holding adult 21 years or older. There is a limit of 2 children per pass holding adult.
  • Can I come and go as I please each day?
    Weekend pass holders are eligible for reentry. Once you get your festival wristband you will be able to enter and exit the festival grounds with your valid festival wristband. Please keep in mind that each time you enter the festival you will be required to enter through the festival security protocol at the festival entrance.
  • What are the dates and hours of the festival?
    Riverfront Revival will be held October 11-12, 2024. Gates open at 4pm on Friday, and 12:30pm on Saturday.

  • What is the festival bag policy?
    ALL bags will be searched before entry. The following bags are allowed: Clutch bags, waist packs, fanny packs with no more than one compartment. Clutches must be no larger than 6.5"x4.5". Empty Hydration packs with no more than two pockets in addition to the Bladder compartment Medical and diaper bags 1 gallon or smaller clear freezer bags ________ FULL BAG POLICY DETAILS: ALL bags will be searched before entry. Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 5.5" x 6.5" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket. All other bags must be fully CLEAR and made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and be no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" ONLY. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
  • What items are allowed & prohibited at the festival?
    Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home. The following items are ALLOWED: One factory-sealed water bottle CLEAR bags made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, and no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". Small clutch purses and fanny packs with no more than 1 pocket. Clutch purses no larger than 5.5 x 6.5" Baby Strollers Frisbees Binoculars Blankets, Sheets, and Towels (No larger than 6'x6') Cameras (basic point-and-shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed) Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in size of 3.4 ounces or less Personal-sized hand sanitizer soft, foldable, stadium seats (no metal, no legs, - Example: Crazy Creeks) Prescription Medicine Requirements: Anyone needing prescription medicine at the festival must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day. Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler. Over-the-counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates. The following items are PROHIBITED: Any bags that are NOT CLEAR bags made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and are larger than 12" x 12" x 6". Any Small clutch purses and fanny packs with more than 1 pocket. Clutch purses that are larger than 5.5 x 6.5" Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products. NOTE: Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use) Framed backpacks, multiple pocket back packs and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed backpacks above. Any and all professional audio recording equipment Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment. Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed Drones or any other remote flying device Hammocks Glass containers of any kind Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind Umbrellas Pets (except service animals) Selfie sticks Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc. Weapons or explosives of any kind Fireworks Large chains or spiked jewelry Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance) Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons) Chairs of any kind
  • What is the festival entry policy?
    All fans will be subject to search upon entry and re-entry to the festival. No prohibited items will be allowed on festival grounds. Please visit our allowed and prohibited items as well as our bag policy page before you arrive. The first time you enter the festival grounds you will be required to scan your ticket at entry and receive a wristband you will wear the remainder of the weekend. When you re-enter the festival site you must have your wristband on and visible for security to check and verify There is no local requirement to provide a Negative COVID-19 test result, Vaccine Card, or Vaccine Record for entry at this event. If you are unvaccinated, the CDC encourages you to bring and wear a mask. Each festival attendee assumes all health and safety liability for themselves.
  • What are your safety protocols at the festival?
    Fan, Artist, and Staff safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we are making every effort to make this a safe experience for each person. All fans entering the festival grounds are subject to security search and screening in accordance with our allowed and prohibited items list By attending the festival you agree to submit to the security search and screening. You may request security screening by the same gender when you enter, please alert the security staff at time of entry. All bags will be searched each time you enter Persons who refuse the security search and screening will be denied entry to the festival grounds.

  • Ticket & Wristband Policy
    All sales are FINAL – If the festival is sold out and you are not able to attend you may resale your ticket through the approved resale outlet through our ticketing partner Front Gate Tickets. You will only be allowed to purchase 4 tickets at one time. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry. Upon first entry each person will scan a valid festival ticket at the entrance in exchange for a valid festival wristband. Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist for entry into the Festival and cannot be slipped on and off. Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff. If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced. All Passholders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff. The festival takes place rain or shine. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY. If your wristband has been lost, stolen, or damaged, visit the Festival Box Office or Wristband Assistance Tent before entering the festival. There is a $20 wristband replacement fee.
  • Accessible Festival Entrance
    There are specially designated lanes at the Festival entrances for patrons with disabilities. Look for signs with the international symbol of access above the entrance lanes or ask a staff member to direct you to the lanes.
  • ADA Accessibility Center "Access Center"
    The Access Center is located inside the main Festival entrance gate. Please look for the Accessibility Center signage. Our Access Center services include, but are not limited to: Answers to questions specific to the Accessibility Program Information relevant to our patrons with disabilities Requests for accessibility wristbands
  • Wristbands and Accessible Viewing Areas
    All tickets to the Festival are general admission, purchasing an accessible ticket is not necessary. Upon arrival, please visit the Access Center for information on the accessibility wristband program. Patrons with mobility impairments or Deaf/Hard of Hearing patrons can request an accessibility wristband at the Access Center. This wristband is to show Festival staff that the patron plus one companion is eligible to enter the accessible viewing areas or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing areas. The accessibility wristband is non-transferable. Note: the wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. Please note that both viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot save or reserve seats or areas on the platform. Once it’s determined that an accessible viewing area is filled to capacity (including adequate aisle space for entering and exiting the area), the area will not be available for additional entry. Signage will be placed at the Festival identifying all viewing areas for patrons with mobility limitations and patrons who are Deaf / Hard of Hearing. Accessible viewing areas are marked with the Universal Sign of Accessibility on the Festival Map.   • Patrons with Mobility Limitations
    The Festival is wheelchair accessible, but is a large venue with great distances between activities and attractions. It is outdoors and across city streets and pathways. Some travel is over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles. If it should rain, there could be mud. The Festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind or wheelchairs for rent or loan. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at the Access Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. Accessible portable toilets are available at the ends of each bank of portable toilets throughout the Festival venue.
  • American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreted Performances
    The Festival provides many American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted music performances for patrons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Please email info@riverfrontrevivlal.com no later than 2 weeks prior to the festival dates to request a specific performance be interpreted. We ask that you make a request as soon as possible to allow adequate time to prepare. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee each request
  • Special Dietary Needs and Prescription Medicine
    Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the Festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed. Patrons are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications into the Festival, provided that all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Our personnel at the entry gates will verify the contents of any medically necessary materials. Out of concern for the Festival staff who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal, which is located at the medical tent. Please see the official Festival map for the location of the medical tent. Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the Festival.
  • Service Animals
    Pets are not allowed within the Festival grounds. However, service animals, which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome. If accompanied by a service animal, upon arrival you will be escorted to the Access Center to complete a service animal waiver and receive a wristband for your animal’s collar. Please enter through the accessible lane at the entrance and alert security you have a service animal.
